Probat Ltd

The new headquarter of the company Probat Trockenbau is based in the Bavarian town of Ingolstadt. The building is located in the industrial area in the south of the city, at a strategically important road junction and nearby the football stadium. The building consists of two main volumes: a regular-shaped warehouse and a very dynamic and complex volume that surrounds the warehouse, in which there are the offices. The two volumes are clearly perceivable even by the color choices of the facade cladding: black for the warehouse and white for the offices. The offices and other technical and administrative spaces are located on the ground floor as much as on the first floor. On the ground floor, near the main entrance, a large area is intended for customers relations. The full-height space is visible from the outside through a large curtain wall.
La nuova sede della società di progetto si trova a Eriagstraße, nella zona industriale a sud di Ingolstadt, in un importante snodo stradale strategico, di fronte allo stadio del calcio. L‘edificio è composto da un lato da una zona di magazzino-deposito, e dall‘altra da una zona direzionale che si sviluppa su due piani, la quale si apre tramite una facciata vetrata verso l‘incrocio stradale. In questo modo la produzione principale – il muro a secco – viene mostrato in modo ottimale verso l‘esterno e l‘edificio diventa la carta d‘identità dell‘azienda.
